Slováci víťazmi medzinárodnej súťaže

Slovenskí curlingisti sa stali v Prahe suverénnymi víťazmi medzinárodnej VINCI ligy vozičkárov, keď zo 14 zápasov zaznamenali 13 víťazstiev. Naši reprezentanti vyhrali súťaž s 26 bodmi, na druhom mieste skončilo Taliansko (24 bodov), tretiu priečku obsadil český tím SC JÚ Praha A (18 bodov). Slováci hrali v zostave Radko Ďuriš, Dušan Pitoňák, Peter Zaťko a Monika Kunkelová pod vedením trénerskej dvojice František Pitoňák a Milan Bubeník.
