Veselé Vianoce a šťastný nový rok 2023

SCZ praje všetkým hráčom aj fanúšikom curlingu

Slovenský curlingový zväz praje všetkým veselé Vianoce a šťastný nový rok 2023. SCZ ďakuje všetkým reprezentantom za reprezentáciu na vrcholných podujatiach, ktorá bola v tomto období sťažená neexistujúcimi tréningovými možnosťami z dôvodu neotvorenia curlingovej haly na Zimnom štadióne V. Dzurillu v Bratislave. SCZ sa týmto ospravedlňuje všetkým hráčom, že sa napriek veľkej snahe nepodarilo dohodnúť s RŠK na podmienkach jej prevádzky. V súčasnosti však prebiehajú rokovania s mestskou časťou a SCZ verí, že curlingová hala bude otvorená začiatkom roka 2023 a čoskoro sa uvidíme na ľade :)

Unbeaten Canada join Sweden in reaching Ford World Women's final

Canada beat United States by 9-7 in a semi-final that went all the way to the last stone of the last end at the Ford World Women's Curling Championship 2018 in North Bay, Canada. The host team now face Olympic champions Sweden – earlier winners of the other semi-final against Russia, in Sunday (25 March) afternoon's final.

The World Curling Federation is pleased to announce the All Stars team for the Ford World Women's Curling Championship 2018. Three of the four winners are from the Olympic gold medal winning team, Sweden – fourth Anna Hasselborg, third Sara McManus and lead Sofia Mabergs – while the remaining athlete is Russia's Galina Arsenkina.
