O postup do A-kategórie aj so slovenskou dvojicou

V škótskom Dumfries sa od piatka hrajú majstrovstvá sveta B-kategórie v pároch, ktoré sú kvalifikáciou o postup na aprílové MS (Gangneung, Južná Kórea). Slovenský pár František Pitoňák, Slávka Makovníková skončil v D-skupine s bilanciou jedného víťazstva a štyroch prehier na 5. mieste a do play-off nepostúpil.  
Výsledky SR: Hong Kong 3:6, Chorvátsko 12:1, Ukrajina 5:7, Španielsko 2:10, Turecko 5:9

World Men's Curling Championship 2019 to be played in Lethbridge, Canada

Another world championship will be contested in Lethbridge, Alberta, it was announced jointly on Wednesday (14 March) by the World Curling Federation and Curling Canada. The World Men's Curling Championship 2019 will be played at the Enmax Centre in Lethbridge, from 30 March to 7 April.
