Program open turnajov v novom roku 2023

Unikátom historicky prvý High Tatras pod otvoreným nebom

Na začiatku roka 2023 čaká na hráčov v rámci okolitých krajín bohatý program podujatí, unikátom z hľadiska slovenských organizátorov bude High Tatras Open Air v Tatranskej Lomnici (9. - 12. februára). Na historicky prvý turnaj pod otvoreným nebom na Slovensku sa už prihlásilo 14 tímov zo Slovenska, Česka a Poľska, zostávajú posledné 4 voľné miesta.

Canada's men join women's champions to achieve golden double

Canada beat hosts Scotland by 6-5 in Saturday afternoon's men's World Junior Curling Championships 2018 final to claim the world title and gold medals. With Canada's women also taking gold earlier in Curl Aberdeen, Scotland, this completed a notable double. In the same session, Switzerland beat United States by 7-4 to win the bronze medals.

Canada beat defending champions Sweden by 7-4 in Saturday morning's women's final, in Curling Aberdeen, Scotland, to win gold and become the World Junior Curling Championships winners for 2018. In the bronze medal game, China beat Norway by 11-5 to win the first-ever medals for China at this level.

Four teams opened their Paralympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018 campaigns in the second session of round-robin play, with China and Slovakia emerging victorious, while Canada and Korea picked up their second wins of the day. China defeated Sweden 9-4 in the first game for both at the competition.

Canada begin Paralympic title defence with shutout win

Canada began the defence of their Paralympic title with a shutout 8-0 win over Switzerland after six ends of play on the opening day of the Paralympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018 at the Gangneung Curling Centre. The opening session of play also saw wins for hosts Korea, Germany and Great Britain. Canada opened the game with a score of two points in the first end.
