Majstrovstvá Slovenska v mixed doubles, Ružinov

Titul získali František a Petra Pitoňákovci

Novými majstrami Slovenska v kategórii párov sa stali František a Petra Pitoňákovci. Šampionát v mixed doubles sa hral 22. - 24. apríla na Zimnom štadióne V. Dzurillu v Bratislave. Víťazi budú Slovensko reprezentovať na MS B-kategórie.

In Thursday afternoon's last women's round-robin session, Sweden beat Canada by 8-6 for a ninth consecutive win that sees them complete their round-robin programme unbeaten. They now go into the World Junior Curling Championships 2018 semi-finals in the top spot with last stone advantage.

Canada beat Russia by 7-5 while United States had an 8-3 win over Switzerland in Thursday morning's second-last men's round-robin session at the World Junior Curling Championships 2018 in Aberdeen, Scotland. These wins mean that they both join unbeaten Scotland in the semi-final line-up. Scotland, already qualified, maintained their unbeaten run with a 6-1 victory over China.

The table-topping defending champions Sweden and second-placed Canada both had wins in Wednesday morning's seventh session of women's round-robin play to become the first two teams to qualify for the weekend play-offs of the World Junior Curling Championships 2018. Sweden had a 10-4 victory over a Scottish team who had their alternate Sophie Jackson playing as skip.
