Na dvoch podujatiach aj so slovenskými tímami

Svetový curling čaká v prvom polroku 2023 bohatý program, na dvoch podujatiach sa predstavia aj slovenskí hráči. Ako prví zasiahnu do bojov naši vozičkári, ktorí sa v Kanade zúčastnia majstrovstiev sveta párov (4. - 12. marca). Na konci sezóny sa slovenské reprezentantky predstavia na európskom šampionáte céčka v Škótsku (29. apríla - 6. mája).

Undefeated Canada and Sweden are joint men's leaders

Wins for Canada and Sweden in Friday evening's fifth session of round-robin play at the Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018, kept them both undefeated in joint top spot on the men's rankings. Canada beat Korea by 7-6 while Sweden came from behind for an 8-6 win over Great Britain.

With a 10-4 win over the United States in Friday morning's men's fourth round-robin session at the Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018, Sweden joined Canada - who sat out the session - at the top-of-the-table, with three wins.

Japan women remain undefeated to top the table

In a session that featured two games going to an extra end, Japan women beat Korea by 7-5 to top the table on three wins and no losses at the Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018. Other winners in Thursday evening's session were Great Britain, who beat China by 8-7 after an extra end; Sweden, with a 7-6 extra end win over Canada; and Switzerland, who beat United States by 6-5.
