	With their 10-5 victory over Latvia on Wednesday (6 December) evening, China's women made it three wins out of three at the Olympic Qualification Event 2017 in Pilsen, Czech Republic, to sit alone at the top of the rankings.  In the same session both Germany and Italy recorded their first wins of the campaign so far.

	After Wednesday morning's second session of women's round-robin play in the Olympic Qualification Event in Pilsen, Czech Republic, only China and Denmark remain unbeaten to share top spot.  Meanwhile, hosts Czech Republic recorded their first win, with a 9-5 victory over Latvia.  China faced Finland who were playing their first game having been given a bye in the opening session.
