United States opened their game against Russia with a single point followed by a steal of two points when Russian skip Alina Kovaleva was light on a draw to take a 3-0 lead after two ends.

In Monday afternoon's seventh round-robin session of the LGT World Women's Championship 2019 in Silkeborg, Denmark, wins for Japan, Scotland and Switzerland kept them in touch with the leaders on the table. Japan faced Canada and in the third end of this game, their fourth player Ikue Kitazawa played a draw into the house to score two points and level the score at 2-2.

China produced their fourth win so far in Monday morning's sixth round-robin session of the LGT World Women's Curling Championship 2019 in the Silkeborg Sportscenter, Denmark, to preserve their unbeaten record and stand alone at the top of the round-robin rankings.

Scotland secured their first win in Sunday evening's fifth session of round-robin play at the LGT World Women's Curling Championship 2019 in the Silkeborg Sportscenter when they defeated Finland, 9-3. Both Scotland and Finland went into their game searching for their first win and in a tight game, the sides went into the fifth end break tied at 2-2.

With a 10-7 win over Scotland in Sunday afternoon's fourth round-robin session of the LGT World Women's Curling Championship 2019 in the Silkeborg Sportscenter, Denmark, China remain unbeaten and now stand alone at the top of the rankings, with three wins and no losses.
