S účasťou slovenskej dvojice Janko Horáček, Paulína Hajduková sa v Poľsku uskutočnila ďalšia časť svetovej série WCT. Víťazom turnaja sa stal švajčiarsky pár Rupp, Wunderlin, ktorý vo finále zdolal estónsky tím Kaldvee, Lill 10:4. Bronz získali ďalší Švajčiari Perret Rios.

Olympic gold medallist joins World Curling staff team

The World Curling Federation has appointed Olympic Winter Games Salt Lake City 2002 Olympic gold medallist, Rhona Howie (nee. Martin), from Scotland, to its staff team. Howie takes up the role of Equipment and Logistics Officer based at Greenacres, near Glasgow, where the majority of World Curling competition equipment is kept.
