Vrcholom budú Zimné olympijské hry v Pekingu

Slovenský curlingový zväz praje všetkým členom príjemné prežitie vianočných sviatkov, veľa šťastia, zdravia a úspechov v novom roku 2022. Tento rok poznačila pandémia a boli zrušené všetky súťaže slovenskej ligy. Na reprezentačnej úrovni sa darilo tímu mužov, ktorý si na ME v Ženeve vybojoval postup do B-kategórie. Na ME v Lillehammeri potvrdil formu a takisto ako reprezentácia žien si udržal účasť v béčku. Naši hráči boli aj v hre o ZOH v Pekingu, v tureckom Erzurume si však muži, ženy ani dably postup nevybojovali. V budúcom roku bude pre slovenský curling vrcholom marcová paralympiáda, kde sa zúčastní tím pod vedením Radka Ďuriša.

Latvia and China join Norway in top place at World Wheelchairs

Latvia, who are competing for the first time at the World Wheelchair Curling Championship, had their fifth win from seven in Stirling, Scotland on Wednesday night and move into joint first place with China and Norway. Latvia posted an 9-2 victory over Germany, in just seven ends.

Germany get first world championship win on the board

After five losses in a row, Germany secured their first win at the World Wheelchair Curling Championship 2019 in Stirling, Scotland, when they defeated Switzerland 7-2 in Wednesday afternoon's tenth session.

Wetzikon, Switzerland to host World Wheelchair Curling Championship 2020

Switzerland is set to host another international curling event in 2020, with the World Wheelchair Curling Championship 2020 to be played in Wetzikon, which lies 30 kilometres south west of Zurich. The event will be played in the Curling Hall Wetzikon from Saturday 29 February to Saturday 7 March and will feature 12 Member Associations.
