Program vrcholných podujatí WCF

Na dvoch podujatiach aj so slovenskými tímami

Svetový curling čaká v prvom polroku 2023 bohatý program, na dvoch podujatiach sa predstavia aj slovenskí hráči. Ako prví zasiahnu do bojov naši vozičkári, ktorí sa v Kanade zúčastnia majstrovstiev sveta párov (4. - 12. marca). Na konci sezóny sa slovenské reprezentantky predstavia na európskom šampionáte céčka v Škótsku (29. apríla - 6. mája).

The World Wheelchair Curling Championship 2019, which will feature 12 Member Associations for the first time, begins at The Peak, in Stirling, Scotland on Sunday (3 March). Previously, ten Member Associations competed for the world wheelchair curling title.

Russia women defeat Canada for World Junior gold

It went all the way to an extra end, but with a single stolen point, Russia claimed the women's gold medals, beating Canada by 8-7 in Saturday (23 February) afternoon's women's final of the World Junior Championships in Liverpool, Canada. In the bronze medal game, Switzerland beat China by 6-4.

Canada men defend World Junior Curling Championships title

Tyler Tardi successfully completed the defence of his world title when he led his Canadian team to a 9-4 win over Switzerland in Saturday morning's men's gold medal game at the World Junior Curling Championships 2019 in Liverpool, Canada. At the same time Scotland took bronze medals, beating Norway by 8-5.
