Slováci zakončili MS šampionát víťazstvom nad Anglickom

Slovenská reprezentácia zdolala na majstrovstvách sveta v mixoch v Aberdeene (15. - 22. októbra) Anglicko 8:2 a s bilanciou 3 víťazstiev a 5 prehier skončila v C-skupine na nepostupovom 6. mieste. Do play-off z 35 krajín postúpi najlepších 12 tímov. Slovensko na šampionáte reprezentovalo kvarteto Juraj Gallo, Milan Moravčík, Melánia Kováčiková a Daniela Matulová.
Výsledky Slovenska: Škótsko 2:8, Maďarsko 2:7, Mexiko 9:4, Luxembursko 11:3, Rakúsko 5:7 po extraende, Švajčiarsko 4:6, Austrália 4:7, Anglicko 8:2

Korea qualifies for semi-finals, while Japan remains undefeated

In the sixth session of round-robin play in the women's competition at the Pacific-Asia Curling Championships 2018, Korea claimed their place in the semi-finals, while Japan and Australia also won. Korea became the third team to earn a spot in the semi-finals after defeating Hong Kong by 8-4.
