Na dvoch podujatiach aj so slovenskými tímami

Svetový curling čaká v prvom polroku 2023 bohatý program, na dvoch podujatiach sa predstavia aj slovenskí hráči. Ako prví zasiahnu do bojov naši vozičkári, ktorí sa v Kanade zúčastnia majstrovstiev sveta párov (4. - 12. marca). Na konci sezóny sa slovenské reprezentantky predstavia na európskom šampionáte céčka v Škótsku (29. apríla - 6. mája).

World Curling Federation welcomes bigger mixed doubles field for Beijing 2022

Following a successful mixed doubles event at the Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018, in South Korea, an additional two teams will be added to this discipline for the Games in Beijing, China in 2022. This takes the field from eight to ten, bringing the number of teams in line with the women's and men's events.

The World Curling Federation can confirm that its President, Kate Caithness, will stand, unopposed, for a third term at the upcoming Annual General Assembly in September. The Assembly, to be held in Budapest, Hungary, on Sunday 9 September, as part of the seventh World Curling Congress, will also see Board Director Andy Anderson stepping down after completing his term.
